It is a great location for catching a flight in the morning. Families travelling with young children should know they do not have a play pac or cribs. We had to go buy something in order for a 15 month old to sleep.

Close to airport and White Spot. This is an old motel, but the rooms have been renovated. Beds are comfy, and the room was clean.

Quick stop before a morning flight from YYJ, front desk staff were friendly and helpful, they made it possible to check in a bit early as well. Would recommend and will stay again!

no coffee machine in the room and with two little kids on a solo trip it’s hard having to load them up to go to the front office to get a coffee and back to the room. They provide coffee in the room but no coffee maker? The room is very nice and clean comfortable beds. No bathtub though so again tough with little kids that won’t shower :( for the price it was managed though

Our Television in our room did not work and was only repaired shortly before we had to leave we had to call front desk several times and it seemed the staff did not pass on messages when their was a shift change as it seemed they didn’t know I had called several times

It was awful. The noise level inside the room from the guest above and street noise outside was intolerable. The room had a strong off putting odour, masked with air freshener. We tried to nap on the very uncomfortable bed that needs replacing with the bathroom fan on for a few hours, but it was impossible. We left after 4 hours and went back home to Nanaimo.
