Hotel was under major construction. Parking limited due to construction. Just kind of a mess at the moment. Would have liked to have known about construction before booking stay. Room was clean but we did notice someone had either thrown or spilled coffee all down the wall next to microwave and it was not wiped down. 😳 Safety Concern: We arrived Christmas Eve late night after checking in and finding parking we used the back entrance which was unlocked and open. Gives anyone access right to elevators. We wont stay at Hampton Suites Barstow again.

Hampton Inn is my favorite 3 star hotel. This one has very comfortable bed and linen as usual. But the facility is a little old and the bathroom sink area is small. Everything works well. Overall it is still good but not good as other Hampton Inns.
