Downtown hotel was in a perfect location for a family wedding. They accepted pets which was key for me. The staff, all of them, were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Some guests didn’t follow suggestion for preventing their doors to slam shut, but that is not the hotel’s fault. We never tried breakfast buffet although they had one. There’s a church across the street whose clock bells chime every hour and every 15 minutes but we never heard it in our room. My only desire would have been a view of it, as we were on the other side with a a view of an industrial rooftop. We were comfortable and slept well. Plenty of hot water for showers.

The staff was nice and friendly It was cool that they have a restaurant on the property and a bar now let’s get to what i didn’t like they charge 12.95 per person for breakfast when it should be free like all the other hotels and the room we stayed in was not up to par I don’t even think no one came in to clean the room properly someone had left there soap in the shower the ceiling was falling in the bathroom and the toilet was running be we fix it ourselves and I couldn’t even charge my phone because none of the plugs worked in the room for my iPhone they need to do a little tlc to the hotel room’s maybe in the near future I will return and see if my experience will change my review on this hotel.

We arrived late, about 11pm, checked in and got to our room. Everything was clean, went to take a shower and there were zero towels. No biggie, I call the front desk and I was informed that they ran out. How does a hotel run out of towels? Overall clean facility, staff didn't seem to care that we didn't have towels.

Couldnt check in until 6pm. Tv does not work. Batteries on door had to be replaced before we could open the door. Battery on thermostat low. Freezing in room. This has been an awful experience that I paid for. I was told a fee of $114.00 would be charged if I cancelled.

Well outside of the sassy, unhelpful and very sarcastic day time desk clerk who lied about switching bookings in order to pay online. I was also lied to about breakfast being complimentary upon check-in. Only sleep extra thinking breakfast was at the hotel. Wake up go down fix plates and be told AFTER fixing plates that it was not for every guest and I would have to pay. The clerk on check-in said it was complimentary. On top of ALLLL that the room was semi dirty, dirty toilet seat and water, and shower floor. The water pressure was NON EXISTENT... Not what you want when coming in from being at the park all day... Can't even enjoy a good shower!
