This property was not what we expected. We went to call the front desk about the television not working to find out that all phones lines were down. The garbage can was filthy. We put it outside on the hall. The room had a wet smell but after cleaning it the odor went away.
Not a napkin to be found at breakfeast. It would have been easy to send someone to Walmart with a ten dollar bill and rectify it. But nothing was done.
Had to ask for second room bc first had roaches in and around microwave area. Second room did not appear cleaned well after prior customer with wads of hair on shower wall and used qtip on floor. Just appeared to not be well kept up on a daily basis. The service reps were very kind and helpful when I brought first room complaint to them and didn’t hesitate to provide me with another room.

The water was cold in the face bowl sink but was hot in the bathtub.
Breakfast was out while I attended. The elevator was raunchy n kinda busted up. The workers were nice. Hotel is tucked off behind another one. Room was clean but toilet paper holder in bathroom was broken.
Heater in my room did not work, and it was 26° outside that night. Kids and I slept in thermals to keep warm. Advertised free breakfast, but when I arrived there are signs posted all over that say “No breakfast until further notice” Satellite didn’t work, so there was no TV to watch. No lights in bedroom area; just one by the door and the bathroom light, so it was dim by beds. Toilet paper holder broken off wall. Only 2 full size towels even though the reservation was a suite for 3 guests; did they intend for us to share? Elevator door off track, so it clanged and banged every time we used it and trim falling off in elevator. Zero stars. Do not recommend.

We arrived at 1:45 to check in which I understand was a little early. The room we had reserved was not ready yet and the desk clerk said it would be about 20 minutes. I asked if there were any other rooms available and they did have a regular double ready which we did take. I noticed they had a note that said there was no breakfast until further notice. When I questioned that and asked if there was any discount for not having breakfast she proceeded to say no that’s why we have that sign so you know before you check in. Well, considering I had already paid through Expedia, it would take some time to get reimbursed and also if we didn’t stay, the issues of having to find another place to stay. I just felt like the clerk was kind of rude and not very accommodating. The elevator also appeared to need some maintenance.
This hotel has recently gone through a recent renovation but it wasn’t enough. First there were no options for a breakfast. That is part of a trip that most enjoy. Disappointed in management in that.
The elevator needs to be upgraded. It’s like one you might in the historic places in San Francisco.
The young man that checked me in was very courteous. He stayed calm when many parties arrived at once.
The room was clean and I slept well.
I’m not sure I’ll return to this particular hotel. I’ve stayed in other Comfort Inns that were better than this one. Comfort management you need to make a surprise visit to this facility.
NEVER AGAIN ! They give us a room that had been slept in and trashed and I assume still occupied, when we finally got a semi clean room the door was standing open when we arrived and would not close ( had to fix that myself ) the toilet had been used and seat fell off when you sit on it room was musky smelling , shower nozzle was loose in the wall and broken , elevator was in poor repair and plain scary to ride , the hallways were dirty and smelled of mold among other things . They had no breakfast and I wouldn’t have eaten there if they had ! Everything past the front desk was in poor repair and if it hadn’t been so late and so tired I would have never stayed there and will never again !!
This place was absolutely terrible. Towels and sheets were filthy, the rooms smelled badly, the TV looked as if we were back in the 50’s and they didn’t even have the complimentary breakfast that was advertised. If we weren’t staying in the area during a busy weekend, we would’ve went to another hotel.
