This is a great hotel in a really central location. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The roof bar offers fabulous views over the city at night. The only minor negatives for us were that breakfast is expensive (although there are lots of alternatives nearby) and the mattresses and pillows were so soft that they did not offer enough support for those preferring something firmer. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay.

Really great hotel in a very central location. Staff on check in were super friendly but not so much the others we met alter during our stay. It’s very busy outside at night but it’s still quite once you’re in the hotel which is nice. Only issue really was that there is nowhere to hide your luggage in the rooms, so you just end up with open bags in a lovely room which spoils it somewhat. I’d definitely recommend, but still personally probably look elsewhere next time, just for a change.

Central Vienna
On arrival the receptionist was really friendly and engaging. We arrived an hour before check in but noticing it was one of our birthdays that week she worked her magic and managed to find us a room early. She gave us lots of recommendations for bars and restaurants nearby. The room (whilst not to our usual style) was comfortable. Lots of dark wood with a hint of a modern/chic. Only real complaint about the room was that the air con wasn’t that powerful but was ok. If it hadn’t been 35 degrees outside it probably wouldn’t have bothered us in the slightest. Really central location, just a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and all the main sites of central Vienna (St Stephen’s cathedral, the opera house etc). Just a warning about breakfast, if you don’t book direct it is €29 each. That was somewhat of a shock when we had only ordered omelettes with bacon and sausage. We did try claw some money back with several pastries and fruit, but it’s still steep.

The ladies in the reception were excellent and reacted professionally when our room did not get cleaned on day . Room was quite comfortable and quiet . Breakfast was not included and would have been if we would have booked direct with the hotel rather than through Hotels.com!

I had an excellent experience here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming! They gave advice on things to do nearby and where to eat, and when we showed up fresh off a plane, they were very hospitable. The rooms were quite unique but I enjoyed that. I couldn't hear any noise from the street (which was good since it was the Taylor Swift weekend and Swifties were singing their hearts out every night), but I did hear people in the hallway - but not when they got in their room! The lounge downstairs was nice but a little limited, and I was very sad to see the rooftop bar was still closed. But would still recommend this hotel!! Great location to many popular attractions.

A good hotel for being in the centre of the city. We flew in like thousands of others for the Taylor Swift concerts that were cancelled, so it would have been nice if the staff could have organised something (a free drink, etc.) like most other hotels were doing. We went to the Max Brown hotel instead for their Swiftie hospitality.
