They wouldn’t take us with the free shuttle because my husband had his work guitar and it was written no where on Expedia that it couldn’t be taken so we had to pay for transportation which is wrong because we specifically took this hotel for the free shuttle

Beautiful hotel with wonderful reception staff. Excellent free shuttle bus to and from the airport, even in the middle of the night! Great large clean room with all amenities required. Wonderful outdoor pool and well equipped gym. Lovely breakfast. The only negative I can think of is signposting to the restaurant was a little vague.

This is a very nice hotel, modern and very clean. The food at the hotel was excellent. The free airport shuttle was so appreciated! Great air conditioning and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They printed out our train tickets for us! The beds were a little firmer than we liked but we slept well.
