This turned out to be an excellent location. Near the beach, quiet, great rooms for a family. Staff were excellentand took care of all our needs from the free bottle of wine, getting us taxis, complimentary delicious choices in breakfast, and cleaning the rooms when requested.

Beautiful location and views. Lovely front desk staff. Restaurant servers at Ventó are not the friendliest and the food was mediocre but the breakfast staff that hotel offers is fantastic and so was the staff.

Although this property was on the edge of town, my husbamd and I really appreciated that they have plenty of bikes to use for free. Our room was beautiful and HUGE (room 1-13) with a beautiful double-sized patio. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The property is in a nice location, the apartments spacious and quite to sleep. However, although it is advertised to have an indoor heated pool, the water was too cold to swim. Stuff are friendly and but some have limited English skills.

Dear Traveler. If you enjoy being away from the crowds and joining same at your discretion this is the place for you. If you enjoy panoramic views of the sea from your terrace or jumping in from morning til night merely a few steps near then this is the place for you. If your pleasure is lounging at the pool sipping a fruit smoothie in the knowledge that you are safe and cared for by a staff of upbeat and knowledgeable professionals then this is the place.

I had a perfect stay with my family (2 adults, 1 x 6 year old, 1 x 1 year old) We stayed in the 2 bed apartment that was exactly what we needed. Balcony facing out over the golf course & sea with the additional highlight of the sunset. My 6 year old enjoyed both the beach and pool and my 1 year old enjoyed the indoor pool which was a bit warmer. Breakfast was great and everyone found food they loved, the facilities were spot on and perfect for what we needed. The sandy beach was only 200m away with free use of the sun loungers to hotel only guests which also had a restaurant/bar next to it as well. There was free car parking about a 10 min walk if you don't want to pay £25 per day for the hotel car park. Sitges main town is about a 30 mins walk however the walk is along the sea front but you can jump on the road 'train' that takes you into the town in about 10minsand only cost £2.50 per person one way.

A very good stay!
We had a great day, as there was such a beautiful view from our balcony. The room is very spacious with fantastic storage. The staff as individuals were friendly, but there was a slightly slapdash culture at the hotel, led by the manager. For example, when we arrived, there were a few people complaining and this set the tone as overall our week there was very good but the service was not impeccable. They did not go above and beyond to accommodate the guests, although the facilities were great so overall we would recommend it.
