The Manager, an Asian man, is a terrible person! Very rude with the customers. He did not treat us as human beings at all! He is a brute! A very racist one! He treated us very badly and I saw him not being so nice to some African people also! He should not be in that position!

Wonderful. Lovely place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls if you dont mind the 10-15 minute drive to falls/clifton hill. Great service, nice rooms and very reasonable pricing

White Oaks Resort First Visit
We were traveling with friends to see a play at The Shaw Theatre, a 15-20 minute drive. The location also has a large outlet mall across the road which pleased the ladies in our group. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations… all staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite large, very clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The robes were also nice. The hotel offers a more formal dining room or a pub… we chose the latter and had a good experience. We did not use the spa, pool, or the other sports facilities. The grounds were very nice. We will stay again on our next visit.

I would recommend to others. The only thing I would suggest is to book Spa appts before your arrival. I was disappointed that I could not get the services that I wanted. Especially if your guests are from out of town
