Staff was not very friendly. Did their job at the most basic level. Hotel was visibly clean but no bathroom fan so ceiling was kinda saggy in one corner of shower. Hotel appeared very new on the outside and in the lobby but several areas throughout screamed old and poorly maintained. By poorly I mean you can tell they just do the basic to clear the problem. Pool towels are so small they barely wrapped around my 9 year old.

The problem I have is that when I book a room through your site as a king bed, I expect a king bed. I am told at check in that because I booked through Travelocity I am not guaranteed what I booked. I was given a room with two double beds. I am 6'3" and the last time I fit on a double bed I was 13. I was told they had no other rooms available.

Its in s great location and not as busy as a beach front hotel. The issue's we had were due to the room conditions. The air conditioner stopped working and when we had them reset it. it would only blow hot air. It also has exposed live electrical wiring below the air-conditioner that wasn't code complaint. A family with a young child should be concerned. The Lamp did not work. The curtains were ripped. It took 15 minutes to get hot water. Outside of the room. One of the 3 elevators didn't work but no sign was posted. There were many broken light fixtures and other decor in the hallways. The hallways stank of stale weed. Overall our experience was fine but there were way to many issues for us to stay there again. We have been going to this hotel for the last 5 years and in the last 2 it has gone way down hill.
