Horrible. The room was dirty. The phone wasn’t working. We booked for 3 people, and only have 2 towels. Couldn’t call reception because the phone doesn’t have a service. The door lock was broken. The floor was so dirty. Blankets and pillows were damp.

Don't make the same mistake
An incompetent staff member failed to provide hospitable customer service, and most of the others displayed a nonchalant attitude resulted in three change of rooms in two nights. As for the first claim of incompetency, cited "its my first day"as an excuse, yet failed to resolve the issue with empathy. The second claim of nonchalant attitude it was further supported by the lack of cleanliness and overall due diligence throughout the hotel. Our disgust from the initial interaction should have been enough to turn us away, but unfortunately, it was just the beginning of a troubling trend with this establishment, which was given every opportunity to make things right.
