The room spelled clean with cleaning chemicals which was nice. The bathroom was hot and humid and found just one roach dead upside down which was means pest control was working the carpets were dirty and dingy. Made feet all dirty just walking on it. The breakfast was decent. A few stains on the sheets. The pillows were big and bulky. For price it is about what is expected of the place. The staff were very sweet and helpful.

Bed bugs. I understand you have different property owners, but the parent corporation should be able to transfer guests and work it out on the back end when encountering a serious situation such as this. You made it my problem to resolve, with no compensation. I will be sharing this story, and likely not choosing to stay with your company again, personally or with my companies people.

I didn't like the roach infestation. Literally scared my kids and I into a new room. They were all over the bathroom floors, on the bedding, alot of them were behind the TV and mirror, on the nightstand in between the beds, behind the mini refrigerator, climbing on the table.
