Unfortunately, the property backs up on an ale restaurant, and at about 11:30 every night the employees gather outside in back and appear to have a party, making it difficult to get to sleep. The chairs at the glass dining room table are made of material that is hard to move about on and the rug under the table is dirty. The glass table is hard to keep clean and a rug under a table invites food droppings that can't be cleaned up. Seems a dumb thing to have a rug under a dining room table since you cannot slide a chair up to the table on it. From a distance all looks good, but not very functional for eating or using for a computer center (no desk available).
As for the view from the bedroom, there is a hodgepodge of roots and tangle of limbs outside--not a good view at all. Better from the living room if you keep the side shutters closed; you can see the golf course and the mountains in the distance.
Because it became uncomfortable to continue, we left five days early.
