Our visit was nice. The home is quite clean and has a well stocked kitchen. An updated on the furniture inside and out is recommended. Overall, the facility is beautiful, quiet at night and we very much enjoyed playing tennis most nights

A great property

The Shores is an excellent gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds. The lanai/balcony was very spacious and positioned to allow us to eat all our meals outside, covered for protection from direct sun. There was a selection of beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, thermos water jug, a bit of snorkel gear and a boogie board. These additional items were very much appreciated and used. The unit is very spacious and comfortable for two. It is within easy walking distance to a beautiful beach. It is also close to the Hilton Waikoloa Village where my partner attended a conference. I would recommend going to the larger grocery store in Waikoloa Village for more selection. We would definitely return to this unit!

Looks dated in the pictures and some finishes are but everything is clean and works well. Nice One bedroom, two bathroom condo. They provide some beach gear including snorkels and a cooler. Walkable to A Bay and restaurants, nice pool.

This location works well for a home base for daytrips. [It was disappointing to not have a sand beach close enough to walk to while carrying the 2 Nice beach chairs, WONDERFUL beach umbrella, and cooler. You really have to drive through the neighborhood to Anaeho'omalu Bay in that case. Beautiful Hapuna (light-colored,soft sand) Beach Park and a few others are also a short drive to the north. The lava rock shorelines do make for breathtaking views.] A few items in the condo could be updated but it's a very attractive property, and the texts exchanged with the property manager were very courteous.
