nice room with great view, but needs updating.. furniture, tech/USB outlet, sliding glass door fixture, a/c .
Why are there no self-parking at each tower? Valet rates are crazy high (i hope you pay valet staff well). There are no pre-info or notices that guests need to check in at the Tower booked. I went to the main lobby desk agent who condescendingly (and repeatedly) only said, ‘take the train, the Tower is the 3rd stop on the right’. What train??? My 1st visit to the property, so what train where!! [check-in at the Ocean Tower w/Jan was more friendly and courteous].
Not sure if it was because it was Thanksgiving, but there sadly was not very many places to dine. The one marketplace that was open didn’t offer much grab-n-go items. Nui was our only choice on property, which offerings were mediocre. Also, why only have microwaves on 2 floors? If you’re going to go that community usage route, at least have one on every floor. It’s ridiculous to have to carry food to a different floor.
Trains run extremely slow. It’s actually faster to walk. On our 1st night, the train wasn’t available. One very slow boat was in operation.
Not returning.
