The house keeper didn’t do her job and only came in our room to spy on us. We felt like we were always being watched and we often felt like we had to check on our vehicles. We got stared at by the staff and when they came in our room to “check if we need anything they never replaced anything or took out the trash”.

it took 3 diff rooms until we got the keys working, no ice machine, no soap/shampoo in room, internet stops working too weak a signal JUST NO MAINTENANCE AND STAFF IRRITATED WITH THE ISSUES - KNOW IT BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO NEED ICE FOR MY MEDICATION - IT TOOK SPECIAL EFFORT TO GET TWO ZIPLOG BAGS FILLED - NO CUSTOMER ACCESS

At check-in staff acted like it was an inconvenience. Limited space for parking. Laundry facilities needed drastic help (2 of the 3 dryers had no doors). No ice machine on property.
