First room had a leak from the ceiling with a bucket almost filled from the active leak. Second room had bed bugs on the sheets. Asked for a refund, was told man would call us the following morning and three days later no call.

When we entered our room there was no towels, no shower curtain and non of the receptacles worked except for the one in the bathroom! So none of the lamps would work, tv had no power and the lil fridge did not work! It appears there are people living there, some men wheretalking and arguing near our room, we couldn’t sleep, it was very scary! Dog feces was all in the parking lot, cigarette butts where everywhere and it was just overall nasty everywhere including the steps! We had stayed here several times but we will not stay there again!

The towels looked like someone had been using them to wash cars. The bedspreads were dirty with spots. Wall paper had holes and takes The room was unsafe due to the top lock being missing The dog in the next room was barking for quite a long time and people outside were loud and running back and forth bouncing a basketball

This hotel is a piece of crap! I booked through Expedia, and when I got to check in they told me that all the rooms were sold out! I asked for a refund and they told me to call Expedia. I did so immediately and they told me that I had to wait 3 days to contact the hotel. Days later they sent me an email saying that the hotel manager refused to refund my money due to company policy! So, the company's policy is to scam its customers. I am asking for my refund, because they did not have the room available at the time of check in. They did not comply by not having the room available and that is why I want my refund! and the hotel refused to return it.

Key cards didn't work, 1st room wasn't prepared (bed wasn't made) then had to go to get employee 3 times , two rooms later still didn't have a key . Room stunk like cigarettes, trash and cobwebs, just nasty. I can't believe this is a Wyndham property!
