Not impressed hotel empty still gave a room next to breafast area and front lobby. Bugs in the bathroom, need to be addressed palmetto bugs, and we know what they are.

Mold; you could smell the mold in the rooms as well as see the mold in the bathrooms. My husband and I went into several rooms to find an acceptable solution. Equipment in room and in particular iron and iron board old. My husband’s pants were damaged by the rusting water in the iron. I poured out the water. Yet my dress was damaged from the plastic from the iron cover melting onto my dress. Unfortunately, we ended cut our trip short and did not attend the service as originally planned, as to we both had to purchase additional clothes to wear. The property is older and not being updated properly.

Staff when you called in was unprofessional. The t v did not work though they tried to fix it. Overcharged pet fee way too expensive for this place. Took it off list will never stay at one of these again. And the room is about the size of a shoebox!!
