We stayed here for three nights and the hotel was very clean and had that new smell. We had a great stay. Breakfast eas really good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Check in was at 3pm got there at 4 and still had to wait a half hour because rooms were still being cleaned. Tv didn't work, called the front desk and they were no help at all. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Over all it was a nice quiet stay.

Booked hotel to use the pool. Pool closed. The last time we booked this hotel chain in OH the pool was also closed for maintenance. Disappointing when the reason I chose this hotel (again) was because I could swim. Traffic noise from I71.

Our original room the TV did not work I did not catch her name but one of the girls downstairs at the desk went out of her way to help us she was kind and courteous and really took the time to help us out and we are greatly appreciate it

We arrived late at night after a long day of traveling Lizzett was wonderful I was exhausted could barely find my license. She was patient pleasant and understanding. In the am the gentleman doing the breakfast buffet was outstanding as well Checkout was a breeze very friendly staff.
