Very slow, un-helpful desk staff. No early check in, no late check out. I was told they were too busy to help. Very disappointed ☹️, this is my fifth stay, worst service.
The staff is amazing,helpful and warm.I come once a year to visit friends.I will increase my visit to this hotel to twice a year..The Warwick mall is nearby.You must also visit "My Favorite Muffin" cafe.The fresh muffins and bagels are exceprional.This hotel is a gem on many levels, service,location and comfort.
I was very disappointed in this stay. I have stayed at Crowne Plaza before but this experience cut me off completely. I had a mouse running around my room at midnight. I called down and they sent up a man with a bucket to “catch and release” the mouse. I was offered water and snacks and a room change. Okay. Thanks. But when I went to complain to the manager in the morning she was rude and didn’t seem to care. I was not offered compensation or a free night or anything. Tried to offer me 5,000 points(when most hotels are a minimum of 30,000-40,000 points for even a decent stay) when I asked for some kind of compensation. I tried calling the regular manager when I returned home and was just as disgusted at her response and no help at all. I’m sure it wasn’t even a manager because if it really was, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to say the least.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Grounds were updated, beautiful and well kept. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. A huge improvement since staying here 5+ years ago. I was impressed!
