I’ve stayed at many brands of hotels, some more basic and others more luxurious. My main criteria for a good stay are cleanliness, comfortableness and good water pressure and heat in a shower. This hotel delivered and more. It also gave me a very comfortable bed and wonderfully cool air conditioning. We were at this hotel for three nights due to clearing out a family home at the end of July that had no air conditioning. This hotel exceeded my expectations for the moderate price we paid. The hotel across the street was charging double what we paid. Excellent in the moderately priced category. Our pup enjoyed herself as well!

Welp- I really just needed a cheap place to stay one night and that's what I got. The pictures definitely make it look more updated than it is. Lighting in the rooms, especially over the very dated sink, was poor. The parking lot is mostly gravel. It's a good thing I wasn't counting on the "continental" breakfast because it was just cold cereal and white bread. So not the worst place I've ever stayed but not quite average either.

Hotel property was clean, quiet and well-maintained man at the front desk who may have been the owner was very kind and helpful friendly. The air conditioner worked well. The beds are very comfortable. The pillows are very soft and comfortable. The carpeting in the room was older and had very obvious wear and stains, but felt clean. Shower pressure was great. Check in and check out was smooth. Would stay again.

Avoid this hotel
Hotel management is obviously just milking the business that they pick up with no effort to improve the facility or satisfy clients. Breakfast consisted of dry cereal, coffee, and some bananas.

- Mattresses awful. Sagging, heavily worn - TV did not work properly. Intermittent signal - Cracked wall paint/drywall above shower unit - Dark room, only one lamp worked - Noisy, vibrating music rooms adjacent and above - Price was $120 with taxes ..knew it was a budget motel so expectations low. Still below expextations for the price.

I did not like the fact that there was a hole in the wall near the ceiling. It was on the wall that was shared with the room next door. The hole was stuffed with tissue or toilet paper.
