The staff went above and beyond to help me with my elderly husband with special needs.

Great location, quiet, staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Only negative comment is that there was no view from the ‘garden view’ room balcony as the trees were so high.

Slightly sticky floor in room. Otherwise, always like the Atura. It has a good vibe. Loved the online check in / out. Maybe an extra bar staff member when it is busy - especially if they are expected the make cocktails for a function.

Awesome property and I will definitely be going back there again, friendly staff and pretty central to everything Eateries, Westpoint mall and easy to travel to and from. Thank you Mercure Blacktown for making my stay enjoyable and comfortable 💙💙💙💙💯

Absolutely amazing property in the rain forest with a five minute walk to Wentworth Falls view. Each apartment can be two bedroom by opening the adjoining door to upstairs studio. So our two bedroom rental came with two fulky stocked kitchens, two bathrooms with a two person jet tub / shower combo, two outside patio / balcony, total of two king size beds, couches, tvs, fire places, kitchen tables, great air conditioning, two free parking spots etc. It can not be overstated how beautiful the Wentworth falls are. The birds and wildlife very nicely interact with you. Short drive to other mountain towns. Also a short 10 min walk to the train from Sydney that you could also take other towns. This is the place to stay, you wont be disappointed.
