Fab location, great staff, comfortable beds and pillows, but dreadful shower. The ability to make a cup of tea in the rooms would be great as we are not all coffee drinkers.

Honestly this hotel is not worth the price you pay for it. It is a average hotel at best and I guess you are just paying for the name and location. The bathroom was not very clean and the room looked a smelled old.

Where has the Elegance Gone??
Appreciate the historic value and architecture of the property. Was mortified to be served room service breakfast on my husband's birthday - from plastic containers in a brown paper bag. Stature and elegance has definitely gone done the tubes. And there was no glass of champagne greet on arrival.
