I was given the wrong address for Hampton Inn in Virginia. Took a Lyft and took another Lyft to the correct Hampton Inn in Virginia. They were close to each other.

My experience was mediocre. The location was convenient. Housekeeping needs more training as our bathroom was nor cleaned during our 3 day stay. There hotel was extremely full with a field trip of maybe 60 teens.

I had a great experience while staying at Hampton inn and suites. Only concern was Expedia sent me an email stating that the hotel could not accommodate me which was false. I had to end my afternoon short to rush to the hotel from apartment hunting to find out they never ended my stay!

The rooms were excellent ,clean and well maintained loved the arrangement of room and toiletries were good and provided. The ambience and facilities provided were very nice and clean and hygienic. There was water and ice counter on each floor near lift. The buffet breakfast was awesome. And 24*7 coffee facility was nice. But somehow the reception staff mostly female were not entertaining and polite, they were not approachable quiet rude. They charged of car parking but was not mentioned when I booked the room. Also security money was not mentioned when we booked room. False firealarm was anctivated twice and once at midnight, it was disturbing. Overall great hotel to stay.

Water in bathroom smelled terrible. Used bottle water to wash my toothbrush. Breakfast food looked good but eggs were tasteless and biscuits hard. The buffet appearance was nice and stocked just not very good. The things I liked - The room was clean and the outside flowers were beautiful and also good price
