I was surprised at the hotel to find all the common amenities you would expect in your room, like a ready-made bed, a desk to work at, a closet to hang my clothes, and a coffee machine were all missing. There is coffee and desks in a common area on the ground floor.
The rooms are very small and the staircases (no lifts) are steep for carrying suitcases.
Upon googling, I see that his place is branded more like a hostel. If I had realized that in advance I think I would have been hapier.
While the place is funky, it has its perks. It is in a great walking location. It has comfy beds and the small bathroom has good lights and high-functioning showers.
Perfect for youngsters or someone looking for a clean, low-cost hostel. A little surprising if you are expecting an ordinary hotel.
