The poor rating is not for the room itself, which was quite "roomy" and nice. The property is situated in a great area with lots of great dining options nearby.
I checked in for 3 days. There was 1 water bottle in the room. I went down to collect more and I was told by the person at the front desk (very rudely in front of many other guests) that I'd have to pay for water, it isn't free!
What!? Someone can run the shower for an hour and drain out gallons of water, but they want $2 back for drinking water? What next, charge me for flushing the toilet?
Hilton spams me with HH mails multiple times a week, charged me $250 for the room per day, and cannot provide a couple of water bottles? Take the poor rating then.
