Great stay. Location is great depending on what you are doing - a bit of a walk/travel is you are going to the White House but great if you are looking to stay by the mall and more towards Jefferson monument - also close to the Wharf area which is very nice. Room was updated, clean, and spacious. Lobby was welcoming and modern and pool area was spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for families visiting DC!
We loved the location of this hotel. 10 minute easy walk from the Wharf, and directly on top of a metro stop! Clean, comfortable rooms and just overall a nice hotel. Our kids loved the pool and we had great service. Having a Starbucks in the lobby is a nice perk, too! Only issue is that hotel access from the metro is tricky at night, but they were very accommodating.

Great location to access all sites along the National Mall as a tourist. Spacious room with two king beds=awesome! Clean and comfy. The only negative is that the overnight parking is high at $65, the most I have ever paid anywhere for parking in any major city.....

Was very nice and cleaned when we walked in. Once on the 15th flr it was very hot, big fan blowers cause there was a leak. Elevator was hot, when leaving it had water in it and they were working on them the entire weekend. Dehumidifier connected where ice machine was. Restaurant was overpriced for the food they served. Our room was ok besides the fact we didnt have any wash clothes, our comforters were still damp and pillows with hair all over them. Once they were changed it was in our room.

Digital key didn’t work for the room (worked for the elevator and amenities, though) despite restarting my phone many times. Otherwise, everything else was good in the room itself. Wish the pool hours were more extended.

Our stay was very enjoyable! Thank you! Very nice and convenient location, nice room, pool, everyday cleaning and food access. The only thing it was very cold inside the hotel and inside the room. We had to turn off the air conditioner and it finally warmed inside the room by the end of our stay. It did turn on ones in a while, but we were inside and turned it off. Also we wish the windows could be opened, the fresh air would be perfect to have in the room. But overall we are very happy with the hotel, great that we could check in around 2 am, as our flight was delayed by 12 hrs. Thanks for having us! We will be back!

Nice, convenient hotel.
Conveniently located. Great, quick service for such a large, busy hotel. Even though the hotel is large and busy, it was quiet, you couldn’t hear other guests or road noise. The beds could be more comfortable, but they certainly weren’t the worst we’ve stayed on. It was really nice having 2 king beds, kept the sibling bickering down to minimum. Property was clean.

The location was quiet and accessible. Easy 15-20 walks to anywhere on the Mall. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The A/C worked beautifully considering how humid D.C. is during the summer.

Nice stay at Hilton
We did not have room service to clean our room, replace towels but we just stayed 2 nights. We called and had towels delivered promptly. Great local - Metro station literally on site and not too far to walk to mall or ward. Front desk personnel were friendly and informative. There is a self serve coffee bar ($) to left of front desk in case you don’t want to pay for Starbucks.
