Room was comfortable. Front desk staff was horrible. The guys were perfect, but there was one African American woman working at the front desk that was having a conversation about me and my family, and didn't know that my sister was standing there. It made uncomfortable so I checked out a day early. The conversation wasn't pleasant. I will never stay there again. I think the receptionist needs to be retrained. When I confronted her, she couldn't deny it

The property was clean and and welcoming. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing is parking is a nightmare in the area. Valet parking was limited.

Location is pretty good. The property could use some upgrades. Only amenity is the gym which has pretty good equipment surprisingly. Its an ok property but i probably wouldnt stay again because there are nicer hotels for the same price elsewhere in the city.
