This was potentially one of the best places we stayed during our two week break - and we enjoyed much of what was on offer. However, the team at the resort let itself down with small issues that we raised and were not acted upon to either rectify or compensate for.
We loved the room and the facilities that were supposedly on offer.
However, there were small problems - our lift was not working and we had heavy cases to transport up stairs. Two of the pools were closed one afternoon, with no explanation. And, unfortunately, one of our party who is coeliac, was ‘glutened’ in the restaurant and made ill as a result. We raised all of these issues at the time, and were thanked for our feedback, rather than anything being done to proactively improve or compensate for our experience. I appreciate that things can go wrong unexpectedly, but a better customer services team would have shown more care to us, when the problems were politely raised. We were disappointed.
