My first time back in 18 years and my stay began with a arriving late to a helpful staff who knew who I was when I walked in. The staff was amazing with dinner suggestions, mini adventures and directions for all of my meetings. I will be back and The Westin will be my go to.

I have never been so impressed by a hotel before. This hotel is flawlessly managed, impeccably clean, and every single member of their team is a true professional who hits the mark and delivers amazing customer service. I have stayed at some great hotels before, but none like the Westin in DC. The Westin DC and team is what other hotels should aspire to be. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Unfortunately we did not have the best stay. Our dead bolt broke on our door which required fixing, the food was not very good at the restaurant, and we tried to order room service which was a disaster. The front desk was very kind in that when no one would answer they transfered us directly. Then the kitchen told us room service was not available. The front desk called back and said they would handle it and took our order. Unfortunately the order that was delivered was incorrect. I did not got any food and my kids got their main breakfast entree but not the sides they ordered. I was hoping for a better experience from a Westin
