Good hotel
Very good hotel. A bit older in some regards but clean, comfortable, and maintained so suited our overnight stay very nicely. Good full breakfast with hot options but i wish yogurt hadnt been yhe fake sweetener light kind and wouldve liked flavored creamer, but thats me being picky. My husband loved the cinnamon roll waffle batter option! The gym was good. Small but i had it to myself. Was worried about the very old looking treadmill but it worked like a breeze. The night desk clerk is amazingly friendly and helpful and her bosses should know!

Think twice about staying here.
Horrrible customer service from hotel and charged us for 2 nights when we were only there for one. Is currently refusing to redund money. Claimed it was recently "remodeled" but had mold in shower and was poorly cleaned with lo g hairs and insects in tub.

Overall it wasnt a bad stay. Breakfast was mediocre. The one big complaint that I have is about getting locked out of the room and our dogs were stuck in the room. The handle that reads the key stopped working. Even the master key wouldn't work. Luckily we weren't locked out for too long maybe 30 mins. But that also set us behind on our travels.

The inside of the hotel wàs very neat and clean. Put when we pulled into the parking lot we wee very put off, in fact it looked very unsafe.

The bathroom didn’t look like it got clean all the way. The tub didn’t drain very quick and by the end of my shower the water was more then ankle deep. Seen a towel hanging on the bathroom door. So I assume it was a dirty towel that got missed. Only one light working in the pool area and kids say the water smelled like vinegar (and tasted like it when they licked their lips after being in the water)

Our camera showed a skinny blonde with tattoos came in our room twice and removing a pill bottle of which was my husbands pain medication. We left lights on EVERY-TIME & TV and everytime we returned the lights n tv would be OFF!! And everytime we returned, our card had to be changed! We placed the do not disturb on the door where it stayed, but that doesn’t keep sticky fingers out of your room!!! We’ll not book with this location ever again! My advise is do a back ground check!! Because you have thieves working for you!!! The best employee there was the kind older blonde lady, she’s very sweet & informational. She’s the one that checked us in.

Had a great stay. Rhonda was awesome. Helped with our TV and called later to follow up and make sure all was well. Breakfast offerings were great. Room was very comfortable and clean. Recommend this motel very highly. Thanks for everything

1 night stay
This property was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. From the minute we walked through the door, we were greeted with a smile and felt welcome. The room itself was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent as well. The only things that need improvement are a missing aerator on the bathroom faucet and the noisy fan in bathroom. There are also plenty of choices of restaurants close by. If we ever pass through Waterloo again, we would definitely stay here.
