The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the patio on the lakeside. We didnt spend a lot of time in the room but we loved that we parked the truck and didnt need to move it for most of our stay, most things were walking distance

We arrived 2 hours before time after 4 hours drive. When asked where is the washroom they sent us to the public toilet. no linen , the staff wasnt kind. The picture and the website said there's a spa but there wasn't. super expensive and not worthy of the pay

The hotel room was very basic and the carpet was dirty especially I had paid $560 for one night, I expected more of a better standard. I will not recommend this place this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. When i got to my room i fiscovered the weather stripping under the door was deteriorated letting in a cold draft. I told the gentleman at the front desk and he showed genuine concern, offering me extra blankets etc until it was fixed. They had it fixed a day later, so i was happy. The view from the room was beautiful. The restairant there is elegant but pricy comparrd to other options eg: a beer is $2 less elsewhere.

This was an amazing place to stay in Waterton, we loved our couple of days at this Inn. So convenient to all Waterton has to offer. It was clean, comfortable and staff were very friendly.
