Nice hotel

We enjoy staying at this hotel when we come to Watertown. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, nice location.

This property was ok, except the elevator kept breaking down and the front desk kept making excuses for it. It ended up broken 2/3 days we stayed here. I have knee issues and going up multiple flights of stairs was bad for me and my group. Also there breakfast was not kept stocked with food- we never got to eat eggs or most cereals the entire stay.

We really enjoyed this place . The bedding was comfortable, could have used better pillows (too stiff), it allowed pets, breakfast was good, with lots of choices. Would definitely stay here again.

We have a small dog and have to pay a pet fee which is standard, but when we first stepped in it had an order. So my question is why are we paying for the room to smell like dogs? Also if they are going to let dogs stay I would not have carpet in the room unless you shampoo it after each one.

Reboot of the Hotel needed

I requested a suite which had a separate bedroom. Although the bed was comfortable, it seemed more like a Full than queen. The decor was spartan with numerous defects in the walls painted over with a different color paint. The door to the bedroom was all metal. The room was right next to the stairs which we heard people clomping day and night. Separate A/C, Heating units were nice. The small kitchen area was nice as well. The bathroom had recently been renovated - too bad the rest of the room was drab with colors like a pale yellow on the door, light tan/brown on the walls with the defects showing through. For what we paid, I feel you could do better at the Hampton Inn and Suites or even the next-door My Place. This Country in is in need of a serious reboot.

They clearly use their made money on fixing and updating things as the shower faucet, head, and air conditioner were fairly new. Lots of breakfast options. Downfall, beds were pretty hard and the internet and tv were awful once the place was full for the night. The wifi or my cell reception didn’t hardly work. For the tv, the words didn’t match the mouths moving. The reception is fine during the day, just not at night.
