Problem was since we booked with expedia, the staff at the hotel simply dismissed us when we informed them that we booked a double king room through you and they said they did not have any of this type of room on their property. This was upsetting as we wanted a pemium room, paid extra for it and did not get any refund. Thanks Hope this is fixed, not listing room categoies that are not available. Murray Malamud 613 882 1729

SLIVING housekeepers!
Incredibly nice, housekeeping staff went above and beyond and saved my life went aunt Flo showed up unexpectedly. Only downfall was I am a night nurse so I am naturally up at night and I stayed here for the pool and hot tub and the pool locked/key deactivated at 945 pm promptly so I was not able to swim (but thats life for night workers).

Welcoming staff, nice room, comfortable bed, good location & all the things we needed for our stay. HUGE kudos for having enough towel racks in the bathroom and a “footrest” in the open shower so I could easily shave my legs!!!
