had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient and easy to get around, quiet and safe. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-kept, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The refrigerator needed defrosting, I wasn’t able to store my diabetic supplies. (My insulin) During my whole stay, housekeeping never cleaned my room. I needed an iron and ironing board and they gave me a filthy ironing board. Absolutely no breakfast at all. I called the hotel ahead of time to ask if there was a shuttle to the airport and she said she didn’t know. Taxi and Uber were not available according to the front desk staff. I will never return to this place. EVER!!!

The front desk person was great. The place looked appropriate for the stay. There were roaches in the room. I was able to inspect the place prior. I did not see any roaches. After reading reviews I asked about roaches. I was told that there were no roaches. That was a disappointment to see

From the outside the facility seemed nice and up-to-date; marquee showed HBO, Showtime and breakfast. On checking in, the lobby was dingy and the breakfast area was dark...very dark. The room was in serious need of updating to meet today's minimum level of travel convenience. Electrical outlets are worn out and the plug falls out. No USB outlets or convenient electrical outlets to charge phones or other personal electronic items. Had to use the stairs because I couldn't find an elevator. Stairwell fire doors were permanently blocked open even though the sign on the door said to keep the door closed. No HBO or Showtime or breakfast as stated on the front of the sign. The saving grace is that there's a McDonalds next door for breakfast. Ah, the glamour of traveling!

Multiple things were bad there. (dim lighting, smells like a mixture of mold and weed, bugs in the bathroom, I can hear the neighbor on his phone- and he wasn't even talking loudly, etc.) But if you need somewhere to sleep for a couple hours for cheap- this is that.

Th facility was on the poor to minimal condition. I was fortunate to get a reservation with most or all facilities in the area being full due to the supply and demand due to the masters tournament…. But I would not recommend the hotel if you have any options
