Quiet street with two car parking. Recently renovated kitchen, bath, living room and new living room furniture. Patio area with table and umbrella. Great way to spend summer days and summer nights at Wells Beach Maine.

Brilliant beach holiday
Wonderful location just seconds from the beach with charming, well designed basement cottage. Charlie and Phyllis were very welcoming and truly lovely hosts, we enjoyed our brief chats (and thank you Stephanie for your prompt replies). Cosy outdoor space at the back for meals, very bright inside. We had a fabulous week and would love to go back if we get the chance!

The perfect vacation!
We had the best vacation! The apartment was meticulously maintained. Everything we needed was there. The owner is very accomadating and was available whenever we had a question. Her parents live above the apartment and were so friendly and hospitable. We feel like we have been blessed with a new pair of friends. It was a fabulous vacation!

Beautiful, clean, relaxing, and close to the beach!
Beautifully renovated, basement retreat! Perfect for our relaxing weekend getaway. The owners live upstairs and are very sweet and accommodating. FIY for people on the tall side, the ceilings are pretty low! We would definitely stay here again!
