We always enjoy the rooms at Seneca Allegany casino, but yet found the pillows to be extremely uncomfortable and hard Complementary drinks on the floor if you’re gambling, but we did not see any servers taking complementary drink orders.

My family skied at Holiday Valley, We looked for a hotel closer but could not find one at a reasonable price. This hotel is a 20-25 min drive. The hotel was very clean with an excellent room. The hotel had Starbucks to get us going in the morning, a buffet and a nice steak restaurant. There are fast food restaurants near by. The reason why I only rated the hotel 3 stars is because the staff at the front desk were quite rude, and the drive to the ski hill. All the other staff in the hotel were great. The area is very scenic. I would definitely return.

Perfect for our one night stay on our way to Ellicotteville. Staff was very friendly, beds were comfy and room was super clean. Didn’t have a chance to use amenities, but they looked great!

My only complaint was shower water temperature! Was warm then hot then hot cooler but other than that it was an awesome stay experience! BUT PAID EXPEDIA resort fees and paid them again at check in!
