It was fine
I have little to say. I arrived at 11:30 pm and left at 8:30 am. Once checked in it was get ready for bed, sleep, get showered, get dressed. It was perfect for that. Clean and well-kept. When i arrived no one was at the front desk. No bell to ring, no note to indicate a return to the desk. I understand at 11:30 pm it might be a staff of one, and when you gotta go you gotta go. But leave a note saying you'll be back in 5, 15, or 30 minutes. And when you return acknowledge you've kept them waiting. I don't need a long drawn out apology, but a friendly "sorry about that, i hope i didn’t keep you waiting too long" and move on.

The property is a little beaten down. I actually thought the bathtub was dirty at first look only to realize later it was just old and chipped and so it appeared dirty. They could use some reglazing. Otherwise you can tell they tried to clean. The carpets were telling too - too old. I didn't like the smell of Marijuana in the elevators and hallways. Or do they use cleaning detergents that smell like marijuana?

The property needs updating. The carpet was dirty and dated. The shower head was detached from the wall. It did appear clean, the tiles looked old and worn-out. Even the carpet in the hallway was outdated and worn out. The elevator was making a noise and made me and my daughter afraid it would stop. The staff at the desk, very nice and friendly. The bed was clean and comfortable.

It started before check-in. I saw the price on a third party website was lower and I called the property and ask if Hilton could price match and it was a no go. Since I was already committed I came in. Other than that I would have stayed somewhere else. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeper to the manager. No one, in my mind fulfilled their duties. I would like a call from corporate please. There isn't enough room to write what i really need to say. Thank you!

Do not Use Hilton “INN” ( The Hilton name misleads
This hotel is dirty. The refrigerator in one room was unaccessable due to a broken cabinet door with a rat hole in the wood being wedged shut, with my food blocked inside. There was a burn mark about 8inches long and 4inches wide on the wall backsplash above the nightstand. Long hairs in one of the shower towels. My next room after demanding a change had a frig that didn’t work and spoiled my food. The carpets are just nasty. They charge extra for breakfast. Ugly, dirty bed box springs are left exposed to view. Gives you the creeps.
