The staff was very knowledgeable and professional, I found the front desk to be very welcoming and eager to make sure we were provided with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay… I forget the young lady’s name at the moment but she is the reason that we will return to the Vanderbilt hotel the next time we are in the area.

Darla , at the front desk was awesome . Room was big with paper thin walls and you can hear every bit of noise . The plumbing in the toilet was extremely weak and barely flushed . There was a room with 2 vending machines and a coffee machine . I had to chase a few people to supply cups for the coffee machine. If it sounds like i’m nit picking , i apologize but for $400 for the night i would have expected more. This is Westbury not mid town Manhattan

I would rate my stay 7/10
Amazing room amazing ambiance but my pillows reeked of perfume. Assuming pillowcases weren’t changed and considering hygiene + the price I paid for a night that was very off putting. Also you guys provided dish soap, cups, silverware.. but not one bottle of water lol Other than that I was pleased with my stay and would come back during the summer days. Free parking 10/10

Enjoyed the room it was clean and shower was amazing. It was spacious. Room was not sound proof. Can hear the party going on in the game room, extremely loud. Can hear everyone walking past your room door. Windows on the ground floor can see right into the bedroom, had to keep blinds closed the entire time. Enjoyed the restaurant and bar inside the hotel.
