This Hotel was much better then I expected. It’s beautiful, clean, staff is super attentive and friendly. Hotel is big and room as comfortable. My family and I had a great time. Highly recommend. If we ever go back to Massachusetts we will definitely stay at The Colonial Hotel again.

Pool is actually very warm which we appreciated. Room is adequate. Would have appreciated a microwave, wouldn’t stay here more than one night without it. Usually stay at a different chain and they always have them. Didn’t have a pillow or blanket for pullout, I called and had it within 5 minutes. All staff we encountered were friendly and check in was very quick.

Our granddaughters absolutely loved everything about the resort. The suite with the bunk beds for the kids and their own television was an absolute plus.

Great stay for ski vacation with 2 kids.
