Jumped so high when unfolded bathmat to find a 10 hairball like from the drain. Wasn't sure if it was a mouse or gigantic spider! Front desk asked me to email photo to share with Housekeeping Got a handwritten apology note and a bunch of free snacks to make it right and appreciated it. Their breakfast was fabulous all during my four night stay. I would stay there again!

This hotel is excellent…clean, modern, well equipped and comfortable. We stay here whenever we are in Worcester. The clerk at the front desk was especially helpful in locating our Hilton Honors account so that we could check in early.

I checked in through the app at 1pm and they said my room would be ready at 3, which is normal check in. My room was not ready till 4 as I watched other people walk In and immediately get a room. We got to the room and the conditioner was empty in the shower. I asked 3 times and it was never refilled. I smelled something off, I found a baby bottle with rotten milk. I can only imagine how long it had been there. This bother me as it only took me lifting up my pillow to find it. Did they even clean/change the sheets? Called the front desk and asked the to come get the rotten milk bottle but as we left 12 hours later it was still outside the room. Breakfasts was not good. The sausages were dry and over cooked and the eggs had pools of water in them. We stayed at this hotel last year and had an entirely different experience. For over $250 a night, we were very disappointed. We won’t be coming back next year

Went to take a shower and the water was cold , it was a freezing night and a shower that is cold is unacceptable. Also paying for parking $15 is ridiculous. The Marriott did not charge and it’s right next door
