View out window, parking lot condition, amenities in room very sparse and limited. No cup by sink, no paper and pen. Room next door, all night “father” very loud and yelling at child who was crying and running around their room…..I figure I got 3 nap periods in instead of a restful sleep! Loved your hair dryer! Had just stayed at BW in Bedford and I could not get my hair dry, their dryer was terrible! Seems silly, but a real nuisance!

The room is very outdated and smelled musty. The linens were rough feeling. This hotel needs some serious updating. The service was good and the cleanliness was good.

Double charged me and are refusing refund. Broken bathroom doors, had no privacy in bathroom. Friend of ours found blood in their sheets in a newly checked into room.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was a good size. The included breakfast was great and coffee or tea is available 24/7. This hotel is under a needed renovation. The lobby, public restrooms, hallways and room decor are dated and in need of upgrade or repair.
