The hotel is very dated, but at the turn of the 2024/2025 year, they are doing major interior renovations on the rooms, replacing the very old and gross carpets with laminate flooring, replacing fixtures, etc. The paint is peeling in the pool area, but the pool staff are always doing their best to keep it clean, and to keep the pool towels stocked They use a bit too much chlorine, and in doing so create a chlorine gas effect that can bother your eyes and respiratory system (especially in kids and people with asthma and allergies). When your room attaches to the pool area, you do not have an outside window to let out the gas that flows into your room when the door is open. My 4 year old nephew cried for an hour until we gave him eyedrops from a pharmacy. My daughter also found a baby German cockroach in the bathroom at night. The staff do their best, and it seems as though the owners are beginning to invest in improvements.

Its old but the pool area has been noicably neglected. Rooms were fine but tins of rust all over handrails and over all no uomeeo on the pool area. Price reflects condition.
