It is my favorite Hotel to stay in, when I travel to Ocean City, MD. I love to be Ocean front and higher up in the building to see and hear the ocean. In the winter.

Room was nice. There was feces on the toilet seat that I had to clean, which made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The hot tub outside I had to clean bc it had bird poop in it. Not all jets were working, I asked for maintenance to come. At first I was told it was off season so it may not work, but maintenance arrived quickly (within 39 mins) and he was super nice and fixed the issue. Overall I had a great stay. Location is nice.

This is without a doubt, our favorite hotel! Everything is great here! Close to good restaurants, right on beach with all rooms ocean front! Close to boardwalk! Fantastic rooms, all with kitchens and whirlpool tubs! Close to Jolly Rodgers!

The location was good. The property is in dire need of a face lift. The property is in a cellular dead zone. There is 0 cell coverage. Worse WiFi only works on the first floor. Every time you need to send or check a message you have to go to the lobby. The food at 32 Palms was great and so was the service.The stay was ok but not what I have come to expect from Hilton.

Very clean, great service. Beautiful view. 32 Palm was delicious. Indoor pool was relaxing. Suite itself was clean, spacious, and felt like a small apartment. We weren’t cramped in.
