This is a nice hotel that has lots of great features and amenities, but it also needs updating. The room we stayed in had a living room, large bedroom and bathroom, and a small kitchen. We visited during the offseason so the price was very low. The pools and fitness center are amazing, and they even have a Starbucks in the hotel. Unfortunately, there are lots of things that need updating in the hotel. The room felt like it probably hadn't been updated in 20 years. The furniture and walls just seemed like they had been worn down a lot without any repairs. The staff members that we interacted with were all very nice and helpful, but we noticed that when we arrived on Monday at 6:30pm, someone in a nearby room had left their breakfast tray from their room service in the hallway, and no one had taken it. We figured someone would pick it up soon, but by the next morning it was still there which was pretty gross. I know that several hotel employees saw it because we had a few people come to our room to drop off things we had requested and they would have definitely walked by it. Overall, the hotel is nice though. The oceanfront location is basically as good as you can get. The parking was convenient as well. I just think that some of the employees were relaxing a bit too much now that the busy season is over, and that wasn't great to see.

Location is great. Room was very nice, but it included a device permanently attached to the wall in the bed area that had a constant hissing sound, which made it impossible to sleep. Had to put pillows around it to be able to sleep. Hotel staff told me it is a diffuser and they are all over the hotel. The onsite restaurant was nice, until the server lost my credit card. Staff said they would search for it and get back to me. 4 days later, and nobody has contacted me, and the staff there when I checked out told me they knew nothing about it.
