The stay was nice but the kitchen staff serving breakfast were not pleasant at all. They acted as if us asking questions was an inconvenience to them.

All staff were very friendly and accommodating. The man who looked after the breakfast was excellent. He was very friendly to all and made sure all the food items were filled quickly as required, and kept the dining area very clean.

We stayed here with our kid’s hockey team. Staff was great and rooms were perfect. Location was easy to get around as well as getting on and off the 401. Breakfast was typical, George and staff kept everything clean and tidy and offered to help guests with anything they needed.

Very clean with great free breakfast. Booked a queen room, but the beds are actually smaller like doubles.

Nice room terrible breakfast.
Room was great. Front desk nice staff. TV channels very limited. Breakfast terrible. Luke warm/cold scrambled eggs. Sausages were so cold that the grease had congealed on them. On another, maybe unrelated, a a holiday inn I canceled with in Toronto weeks ago took a hold/deposit off my credit card the day I came to this hotel. Then on top of everything else I still had a hold taken off for this hotel… so it will be 5-7 business days for this to all shake down!
