The bathtub and basin drain was blocked. The air conditioning was extremely loud, their wasn't an option to shut it off so I turned the temp up to 27 celcius. Around 3am the AC turned on because it was that hot inside and I wasn't able to fall back asleep since it was so hot and I had to leave the AC on for about an hour before I could turn it off again. Disappointing to pay that much money for sub par accommodation.

Overall good hotel Rentals to 3 or 4 baseball team that kids yelled outside room window till 1am. And ran yelling and banging up and down hallways till early morning.

There was a spider on one of the towels, and lots of traffic noise throughout the night. This wasn't our top choice in terms of hotels, but because it was the labour day long weekend and we had very limited options, if any, we had to pick this place. Not recommended!

Clean and spacious suite. Comfy bed. My favorite coffee maker...very simple and easy to use! Good breakfast and parking included. Remote for television was very standard and easy to use. Lots of tv channels to choose from. Even though the hotel is quiet it is right next to a busy highway. That was the only thing I didn't like.

Staff was friendly and helpful, facility is aged, area around hotel is under construction however the grounds of the hotel are kept pretty good. We slept on hiway side of hotel ...could hear hiway traffic at night.

There was hair in our bed, lots of it, sheets looked dirty and the blankets smelled bad. There was also a dirty bandaid on our floor. We also booked a room with a king bed in a seperate room for my husband and I. So our kids were in another room for privacy and the french doors are just glass looking into the main room with no curtains for privacy.

The other reviews aren't wrong about the strong smell of cigarette smoking in this building. In the hallways you could never tell. But as soon as you open up your door, you can smell it. It permeates from the vents. You can tell that there have been some parties that caused some damage in the past. This hotel needs to invest in good air cleaning and vent refreshers to fix it. The windows open but they are small so i was able to air out my room as much as possible. I had to switch rooms as my toilet wasn't flushing fully and the cigarette smell was as if someone just had a cigarette in the room. I was on the ground floor. I got moved to the second floor and the smell was better but not gone. I hung a dress for a party overnight and it smelled when I wore it to the party. I would not go back there unless I was convinced that the smell was taken care of.
