The hotel was very nice and comfortable. I wish that it had complimented breakfast. Also the onsite restaurant and pool were both closed during my stay. Ver disappointed.

I've stayed at many Hilton properties before, and this unfortunately the worst experience thus far. The pillows were so old, the noise from staff at all hours of the night was absolutely unacceptable (and yes staff - I looked. It was 0348 and I was on the 4th floor.) Things falling off the hinges, charges on my card still I have no answer for. There was an opened, refilled and closed water bottle placed in the minibar area and I bet you anything I get charged for that, too (although it was there before I arrived.) The bathroom doors dont even close for privacy- they slide and leave about a 1-inch open gap. I don't understand. Ice maker was broken on whole floor. Just the longest week.

Fine but unexpected expenses
The stay was fine but when booking the site did not specify that parking was paid. Additionally, all of the beds were squeaky and the water pressure was not great. I was charged for breakfast which is fine but there was no sign stating that would be the case and the wait to be seated sign was partially hidden.

The parking area had a lot of trash that we noticed was still there for a few days. One main concern was the amount of mold in the air conditioner. That really needs to be cleaned! Otherwise this is my go-to hotel choice when I’m in the area and am overall very happy with the property.

The Hotel was clean, however, someone at the hotel stole money from my deposit. None of the three of us in the room drinks or smokes, nonetheless that person charged me for drinking at the bar. To this day, I don't know where the bar is at the hotel. I did file a complaint, so far, the hotel does not refund me the money.

Was a beatiful area. Overall a great experience. The garage area was a bit dirty with no smokers poll so cigs were in the ground. Not a garbage can either so some garbage around. The front staff was friendly but just kinda friendly. I would stay there again.

OK overll, but wouldn't stay here again
Overall our stay and room were fine, but charging daily for parking when they have a giant garage with plenty of space was outrageous and didn't sit well with us. Also - you're better off going to a local cafe for breakfast, it's $20 a person here for your average hotel food. The front desk person barely spoke to us when we arrived, and didn't say more than 5 words. The pool was still closed (arter reading reviews it's apparently been that way for a while.). I don't think we'd stay here again.
