The property was in a bad neighborhood in a strip mall by a laundremat. They messed up my reservations and blamed it on Expedia. The room was dirty with gold cish craxkers on the floor. There was a washcloth rubber banded aroun a fixture in the ceiling. The blanket was scratchy and had holes. The only bright spot was the lady at the counter.

Front staff is amazing. Rooms are quite clean and comfortable. I had housing issues and needed to stay for longer than I had intended but they were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. There are other hotels in the area that only see $$$ signs not the person. Here, they see the person.

Very old budget hotel, sheets and towels had stains, shower curtain covered in black mildew stains, kitchenette in the suite had very very limited supplies and no cutlery, dish soap, or sponge to clean anything. Thankfully the worker gave us a cup of dish soap from her own personal supply. The staff was very friendly! FYI there is no breakfast provided here as advertised.

Dirty

Used towels, unclean tables and microwave. I asked for a new clean room and the front desk looked me like I had four heads. After an unsatisfactory conversation with her, I went out and bought cleaning supplies, and brought in some of my own scrappy clothes for sleep. (If I had room in my car I would have stayed in the car instead.) Cleaned for an hour. Felt marginally better about life. Exhausted so fell asleep on the visibly dirty sheets. Woke up with a massive eye infection. Never staying here again.

Had to ask to replenish coffee and used towels each day. Rooms were clean but everyone used the elevator to smoke in. Comfy beds though and plenty of pillows.
