Room was fine, nothing special… Quite pricey due to local events, but for the amount of money spent, I thought the facility was so so. Very loud, our room was close to the front desk so the noise we were hearing would’ve been heard at the front desk and it took ourselves approaching the front desk to have the, loud argument, squashed the staff taking the initiative themselves that they certainly would’ve heard as well

The overnight front desk employee was rude. He was wearing sweatpants and appeared to have been sleeping in the back when i attempted to purchase items from the snack area. He was rude and unkempt.

We had a nice stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. The 2 gentlemen that worked the front desk during the breakfast shift were so friendly and helpful.

I stay here each time in Cortland. Clean hotel, great gym, easy parking. The complaint this time was there was a loud beeping from 3am onwards in the hallway and the staff was notified but never fixed. If this was fixed or remedied it would have been perfect. I took video incase staff wanted ot hear how loud it was during the early morning.
