We were there for one night prior to my surgery. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was great. lthere are areas that are showing wear and tear and could use some updating.

I like the room I like the property, but when I selected this room on your website you did not tell me there was a $75 fee for having a dog! You simply referred to it as pet friendly. I've been a regular customer of yours for a number of years, but this is inexcusable and it might get me going to hotels.com. very irritating, shocking, sad. I talked the desk clerk into rating my dog as a service dog

Relaxing weekend
We had a lovely sister trip to Wichita for the weekend. When we checked in late, the woman at the desk couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. Breakfast was good, well stocked and we saw the same friendly staff person working the breakfast shift the next day.
