Easy access off highway. Comfortable beds, hot shower and A/C worked really well. Just what we needed to break up a long drive. Front desk gal upon check in very nice. Also appreciate this motel is dog friendly.

The bed was hard. The bottom fitted sheet has a built-in mattress cover which wrinkled. Blanket was thin.The freezer was frosted over and didn't freeze my ice cream so it melted. The housekeeper was thoughtful and offered room service every day. She brought fresh towels even without asking and left them on the bed. The TV satellite signal was poor and some channels would freeze up. Wi-Fi was fast. The hot and cold water at the bathroom sink was switched. The owner was kind enough to come and troubleshoot on a Sunday. The water in the shower was nice and hot.

I was given a room that was supposed to be quiet but I heard soneone talking on the phone for 20-30 minutes early in the AM. There was a mix-up and a housekeeper tried to enter my room to clean it before 8:30 a.m.. I was unable to get back to sleep after all of this. I was quickly offered a different room. It was tiring but I was able to move right away before I went to work that day. There is quite a bit of overuse of freshener in the rooms.

Upon check in I was given a dirty room! Dirty wash clothes on the table.. bed was unmade.. trash in bathroom and dirty used soap.. outside there was dirty towels laying on the ground.. they gave me a clean room after I complained but this place doesn’t deserve the rating it has that’s for sure

Lot’s of bugs right inside door to room. Bed Platform too large for mattress and made the beds super close to each other. We kept hitting them as we walked past each other. Get out of bed and back of legs hit them. Several bruises. Bathroom clean but stains. Beds clean but linens stained.

This is the best value for your money in Williams where you can eat at Granzella's Deli. It's also the perfect distance between home in CA and relatives in OR, so we always stop here. The motel is no frills, but commodious. Clean enough, though the floors could be cleaner.
